Your technical know-how, our energy - become a Technical Supporter at Avesco Energy Systems!
Your tasks
- Technical support for the customer service team in troubleshooting, repairs, maintenance work, and commissioning of emergency generators, industrial engines, and combined heat and power plants (CHP)
- Processing offers, service letters, warranty claims, and modifications in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein
- Contact person and link between our English-speaking main suppliers, as well as customers and employees
- Participating in international exchanges, seminars, and product training
- Conducting training for our service technicians, including creating training documentation
- Maintaining operational and service documents, schematics, and technical data sheets
- Implementing product improvements and technical bulletins from suppliers (organizing and instructing)
Your profile
- Completed apprenticeship as an agricultural machinery, truck mechanic, automotive mechatronics technician – or in a similar technical profession? Sounds good - we want to get to know you!
- Completed or ongoing HF/FH further education in mechanical engineering or automotive technology is an advantage
- Enjoyment of modern engine technology, including the associated systems for optimizing the exhaust behavior of gas and diesel engines
- Motivated and competent person who enjoys analyzing and independently solving simple to complex problems
- Good communication skills internally/externally and enjoyment of customer contact
- Team player, resilient, and flexible, with assertiveness
- Very good German skills and good English skills, French is an advantage
