About the job

• You are responsible for the Ticino & Romandie regions and support, coach, and advise the line managers as a sparring partner in all operational tasks related to the HR life cycle.
• You accompany the line managers in personnel planning and recruitment and support change processes.
• You independently manage the HR administration related to hiring, departures, and transfers for the assigned area of responsibility.
• You initiate and lead HR projects, create concepts, develop HR tools, and collaborate on various cross-departmental and interdisciplinary projects.
• You participate in the further development of the standardization, optimization, and automation of processes.
