We are looking for immediately or by arrangement:

Trainer FAGE (m/f/d) – Main Profession

Your main task – your profession, your passion:
With us, being a trainer is not a side job, but a main profession and responsibility at the same time. 

You are the central contact person for our trainees, design their training from A to Z and thus actively shape the skilled workers of tomorrow. Your daily routine revolves entirely around the care, promotion and professional development of young talents.

This is what you do with us:

• Comprehensive responsibility for the training of our trainees 
• Planning, implementation and further development of practical training programs 
• Conducting training sessions, workshops and regular feedback discussions 
• Documentation and assessment of learning progress 
• Collaboration with vocational schools, specialist offices and internal teams 

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training FAGE and training as a trainer 
• Several years of practical and leadership experience in the specialist area 
• Passion for working with young people 
• Strong communication skills, patience and organizational talent 
• Ability to motivate and specifically promote trainees 
• Very good IT skills
• Spitex experience is an advantage
