Your main tasks

• Competent, individual, and professional care and support of stationary patients, taking into account our nursing philosophy, as well as independent implementation of the diagnostic and therapeutic measures prescribed by the doctor in collaboration with our health professionals
• Supporting a cooperative and loyal collaboration within the team, with interdisciplinary services, and with other areas
• Recognizing and managing emergency situations and initiating all measures until the doctor arrives
• Introducing and supporting new employees, trainees, and students, and creating a pleasant learning atmosphere
• As a vocational trainer, you take on pedagogical tasks within the learning situation and are responsible for the process-oriented management of learning objectives. You lead in conveying, guiding, accompanying, and coaching the nursing process
• You act responsibly in your daily work for the implementation of the training concept

Your profile

• Completed training as a Dipl. Nurse / Nursing Specialist HF or FH
• Further training as a vocational trainer or willingness to complete such training
• High quality and responsibility awareness and role model function
• Good organizational skills, flexibility, and resilience
• High social competence, team spirit, and commitment
• Distinctive, good written and verbal communication skills and team ability
• Experience in mentoring is an advantage, and enjoyment in promoting and imparting knowledge to trainees/students is essential
• Through your enthusiasm for the profession and vocational training, you succeed in creating a motivating learning environment on the learning island together with other vocational trainers
• Ability to plan, manage, and accompany learning processes
• Creativity and flexibility in designing learning situations
• Empathy, patience, and the ability to respond individually to the needs of the students
