Leadership & Organization
- Leading, motivating, and supporting your team in the service and kitchen areas
- Ensuring good internal collaboration and open communication
- Planning, leading, and promoting employees, from onboarding to development discussions
- Recognizing and utilizing talents, supporting personnel recruitment
- Leading team meetings and coordinating during staff shortages
- Planning and monitoring work schedules (including vacation planning in PEP)
Quality & Production
- Responsibility for forward-looking production planning and adherence to diets and special preparations
- Menu design and calculation, from idea to plate
- Ensuring product quality as well as compliance with all legal requirements
- Independent purchasing and ordering for kitchen and service
- Control of goods receipt, storage, goods issuance, and delivery dates
Gastronomy Experience & Service
- Responsibility for food preparation and smooth service processes
- Ensuring a warm guest service, including reservation management
- Organization and execution of catering, banquet, and aperitif events
- Complaint and grievance management with foresight and sensitivity
Administration & Sustainability
- Responsibility for daily, monthly, and cash closings
- Maintenance of administrative processes and internal information flows
- Careful, economical, and ecological use of resources
- Ensuring and monitoring hygiene and safety standards
