For our location in Lommis, we are looking for a hands-on personality with good team spirit who takes responsibility for the smooth operation of the workshop.

• Technical and personnel leadership of a team of 5 employees (3 apprentices, 1 mechanic, 1 vehicle locksmith)
• Reporting to the Lommis site manager
• Planning, control and monitoring of all workshop orders
• Efficient deployment and resource planning in daily business
• Ensuring smooth workshop operations
• Carrying out maintenance, repair and service work on construction machinery
• Diagnosis and troubleshooting of complex faults in mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems
• Supporting the workshop team with technical questions and demanding diagnoses
• Carrying out final inspections and functional tests
• Provision and commissioning of new machines
• Contact person for customers on technical questions, approvals and complaints

• Completed training as a construction machinery, agricultural machinery or truck mechanic EFZ
• Further training as a workshop manager, diagnostic technician or comparable is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience, ideally with first leadership experience
• High technical competence and pronounced quality awareness
• Structured, solution-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking
• Teamwork, assertiveness and strong motivation
• Confident appearance and pronounced customer orientation
• Willingness for personal and professional development
• Valid driving license category B / BE is an advantage
