What your specific tasks are
- You help property owners, equipped with our know-how, to feel comfortable again within their own four walls and to preserve the value of their building.
- You build a company that is to develop into the regional market leader in the renovation industry within 3-5 years.
- With our unique and successfully tested customer acquisition process, you win homeowners, housing companies, and architects as customers.
- You lead a high-performance team of customer advisors and technical staff.
- With our support, you organize your regional operation so efficiently that you have time for family, hobbies, and vacation.
What we expect from you
- You have completed a degree in business administration, engineering, or a similar field.
- You have gained experience as a managing director (m/f/d), branch manager (m/f/d), business manager (m/f/d), store manager (m/f/d), market manager (m/f/d), CEO (m/f/d), COO (m/f/d), CSO (m/f/d), commercial manager (m/f/d), technical manager (m/f/d), director (m/f/d), area manager (m/f/d), department head (m/f/d), regional manager (m/f/d), division manager (m/f/d), engineer (m/f/d), sales engineer (m/f/d), sales manager (m/f/d), customer service manager (m/f/d), or center manager (m/f/d).
- You have several years of professional experience in sales and bring relevant leadership experience.
- You are an organizational talent.
- You enjoy working with people, are open, and have empathy.
- You have a passion for real estate and possess a high level of quality and service awareness.
