Our focus is on the development and implementation of high-quality communication measures across print and digital media on various platforms.

Our clients are mainly active in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries, diagnostics, and medical technology. Our dedicated team of consultants and specialists develops innovative marketing solutions to optimize communication in the healthcare sector.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated

Associate Consultant (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

As an Associate Consultant, you are responsible for managing several clients as well as planning, coordinating, and successfully implementing projects. Your responsibilities include, among others:

• You efficiently, successfully, solution-oriented, and precisely accompany clients and their projects throughout the entire collaboration.

• You advise clients on efficient, successful, and solution-oriented communication strategies and appropriate measures.

• You conduct regular meetings with your clients and build long-term, trusting relationships.

• During the collaboration, you actively identify cross- and upselling potentials and thus also bear important revenue responsibility.

• You design tailored communication measures and implement them in close coordination with internal specialists (medical writers, graphic designers, IT specialists, etc.).

• You ensure a high quality standard and make sure that budget and time requirements are strictly met.

• You recognize risks and challenges early and proactively address them.

What you bring:

• You are ambitious, creative, and success-oriented. You drive projects forward efficiently, are solution-oriented and structured.

• You enjoy working on diverse tasks and projects simultaneously and have the ability to analytically evaluate and optimize processes.

• You have a completed degree in healthcare, biology, ideally with a PhD.

• You have experience in project management, preferably in healthcare, the pharmaceutical industry, biotechnology, or medical technology.

• You are able to build and actively maintain close client relationships – following the motto: "The customer is king!"

• You enjoy coordinating multiple client accounts and projects.

• You possess strong analytical and strategic skills as well as high problem-solving competence.

• You are fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
