Your area of responsibility

Lead and motivate your team to success, create the work schedule oriented towards sales and efficiency
Promote and develop individual team members to achieve top performance and celebrate successes together
Welcome customers in the store and provide them with an unforgettable shopping experience as a host
Take responsibility for cash management and achieving targets
Present the merchandise and design the store including the shop window

What is important to us

Completed training in retail, preferably with leadership and sales experience in the textile industry
You present yourself confidently and competently and show empathy and respect in everyday life
You work in a structured way and demonstrate flexibility
Service awareness and affinity for fashion and colors are a plus
A courteous and well-groomed appearance rounds off your image
