Head of School Properties
Your Tasks
- Collaboration in the planning and implementation of construction and renovation projects in close cooperation with the building department
- Responsibility for the execution of smaller construction projects, where the project management lies with the school department
- Ensuring the operational maintenance of school buildings as well as defining and procuring furniture
- Professional and personnel management of five directly subordinate employees
- Ensuring the budget process and compliance with the budget in the area of school properties
- Responsible for administrative activities in the area of school properties
- Drafting applications and reports for the management
Your Profile
- University of applied sciences degree or equivalent commercial or technical training with further education in the real estate sector
- Experience in managing larger properties
- Leadership training and leadership experience, preferably in the real estate sector
- Interest in educational topics
- Quick comprehension, efficient working style, high social competence
- Strong networked thinking and service-oriented action
- Very good oral and confident written expression
- Enjoyment of administrative tasks
- Team-oriented and responsible personality with assertiveness
