Your Tasks
- You support your supervisor with administrative tasks and take over the management of everyday office life.
- In doing so, you coordinate appointments, prepare meetings before and after, and assist in planning events and projects.
- You are responsible for incoming invoice verification as well as the factual verification and account assignment of invoices.
- You contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and annual planning; you also create outgoing invoices.
- Furthermore, you support the areas of purchasing and contract management and keep an eye on the entire company.
Your Profile
- Completed training as a merchant (m/f/d) for office management or comparable commercial training
- Knowledge of SAP FI and MM desirable
- Very good knowledge of MS Office products
- Reliability and enjoyment of working in a team
- Commitment, sense of responsibility, and communication skills
- Organizational talent and a structured way of working
