The Qualification for Job Seekers (QuS) area organizes, together with external partners, an offer of labor market measures (AMM) tailored to the needs of the labor market. These support the reintegration of unemployed persons into the labor market.
We are looking for competent support for this exciting role starting February 1, 2026, or by arrangement.
Your tasks:
- legal review, evaluation, and allocation of procurement and tendering procedures for AMM as well as responsibility for contract management
- advice and support in all legal questions related to AMM
- independent case processing including preparation of decision bases, handling of objections, complaints, and legal clarifications
- collaboration in the development, operation, and further development of the risk and ICS system for AMM
- creation, updating, and implementation of legal bases, templates, and documentation
- interdisciplinary cooperation with internal and external legal bodies
Your profile:
- university degree in law, ideally related to business law or administrative law
- several years of professional experience in the legal field (at least 2 years), preferably in public law, procurement, or social insurance law
- confident, target group-appropriate German in spoken and written form as well as very good PC user skills
- pronounced analytical, conceptual, and organizational skills
- high communication skills, teamwork, and quick comprehension
- resilience, flexibility, quality awareness, and interest in education and labor market topics
We offer:
- meaningful, interesting, and challenging work with high personal responsibility
- well-developed social benefits according to cantonal personnel law
- contribution to meal costs (lunch check)
- workplace just a few minutes' walk from Zurich main station
