You will complement our reservations team and be active in the following areas:
- Recording and processing all incoming requests for guest rooms, suites, and the entire range of Dolder Hotel AG, taking into account the Leading Quality Assurance and Forbes standards
- Active sales and competent guest advice via telephone and e-mail, as well as on site
- Maintaining an extremely customer-oriented contact with guests in a stylish and discreet manner
- Close cooperation with the operational departments as well as sales & marketing
Your profile
• Responsible and committed sales personality
• Completed vocational training in the commercial sector or in the hotel industry
• Confident and well-groomed appearance, polite manners
• Structured and organized way of working
• Fluent German and English spoken and written, any additional language is an advantage
• Good IT user skills of MS Office programs as well as Fidelio hotel software are an advantage
