Your tasks

• Project coordination for the introduction and support of our clinical information system (KISIM) in the module "Curve" area in Swiss hospitals.
• Primary contact person for customers, analyzing their needs and advising on mapping clinical processes in KISIM.
• Coordination of internal CISTEC tasks and responsible for efficient project management to achieve qualitative, timely, and financial goals.
• Supporting customers in the long-term planning of the further development of their KISIM installations in the module "Curve".
• Conducting training sessions, introductions, and professional workshops for nursing, medical staff, and therapies.
• Active participation in improvements and innovations.
• General administrative support of the project team.

Your profile

• Experience in project management with independent coordination of software projects.
• Academic degree with a focus on health, or training in the medical field.
• Affinity for IT systems and interest in digital processes in healthcare.
• Experience in customer acquisition, marketing, or product presentations is an advantage.
• Enjoy interacting with users and organizing professional events.
• Team-oriented, structured, and communicative working style for efficient project execution.
• You act skillfully in negotiation situations and find compromises without losing sight of project goals.
• Confident German language skills in spoken and written form; good French skills are a plus.
