What awaits you?
As a Credit Office Manager, you play a key role in the analysis, control, and validation of credit applications. You are the technical reference for client advisors and guarantee compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
- Evaluate and approve credit applications within your competencies
- Assume the role of strategic partner for client advisors
- Identify risks and propose alternative solutions
- Ensure the follow-up of credit operations (CVI, conditions, etc.)
- Supervise the quality of IRB data and ensure key controls
- Train and raise awareness among Front and Back teams on regulatory requirements
- Lead and support a team of 5 people, promoting collaboration, skills development, and a positive dynamic
What do you bring?
- Complete banking training
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate credit
- Proven experience in team management, with a caring and structured approach
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Initiative, autonomy, and rigor
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
- Resident in Switzerland
