What does your workday look like? 

•  Service duties in the areas of housekeeping and hospitality.
• Co-responsible for the well-being factor of our residents, relatives, guests, and employees.
•  Support in organizing events and celebrations for our residents.
•  Ensuring professional service within the framework of split shifts: 7:15 am – 1:15 pm & 5:00 pm – 7:25 pm.
• You take care of the catering for residents in various departments.

What do you bring with you? 

•  Completed training in the hospitality or restaurant industry, ideally with professional experience in healthcare.
• Joy and flair for dealing with elderly and impaired people.
•  You approach new tasks with great motivation, are open to new things, and show genuine commitment.
• A neat appearance and good manners are a matter of course for you.
• Very good understanding of Swiss German language.
