Grid Maintenance Manager / Uznach (80-100%) - 1471
This is how you ensure electricity in Switzerland
As a Grid Maintenance Manager, you take responsibility for the route in the high-voltage network according to EN 50110-1 & ESTI 100 and implement the strategic guidelines from maintenance concepts and directives. Your tasks include, among others:
- Monitoring maintenance measures on site and ensuring work safety
- Responsibility for order processing with our service providers
- Implementation of strategic guidelines from maintenance concepts and directives
- Execution of maintenance tasks and documentation in SAP, Sharepoint, equipment database, etc.
- Ensuring requirement-compliant documentation and condition assessment of the facilities
- Development and adherence to the maintenance budget guidelines
- Responsibility for handling interdisciplinary special tasks in the area of Asset Operations
- Supporting the safe work of Swissgrid and partners – living and promoting a "Safety First" culture
This is how you make a difference
For this responsible position, we are looking for a team player with very good communication skills. You have a proactive and independent working style and are used to taking responsibility for your area of tasks. You bring the following:
- Education as an engineer or technician HF with a degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or civil engineering; you are a certified master network electrician or have completed an equivalent education. Alternatively, you can demonstrate longer professional experience
- Knowledge in maintenance management of overhead line systems from network level 1 to network level 3
- Experience with SAP or a comparable application is an advantage
- Good user knowledge of the MS Office suite
- Languages: German at native level, Italian and French skills are an advantage
