Your tasks
- Organization: Support an efficient and smooth daily operation – this includes room service, the dining room, as well as support during events
- Care: Ensure first-class guest service on the ward and maintain the highest quality standards in all areas
- Hotel concept: Ensure compliance with strict hygiene and quality standards and optimize workflows in close cooperation with the hotel management
- Contact person: Serve as an information point for patients and other stakeholders
Your profile
- Education: Certified restaurant specialist EFZ, service staff EBA or comparable qualification
- Experience: In gastronomy and/or in a comparable role in hospitals or clinics
- Personality: You are service-oriented, enjoy working with elderly people, are resilient and a true team player
- Weekend and holiday shifts: You are flexible and willing to work on weekends and holidays
- Languages: German skills at a very good level
- IT skills: Experience with computer programs such as Microsoft Office
