Your Responsibilities
- You are a personal, competent, and independent contact person for our customers in all matters concerning mortgages, pensions, and taxes
- You act entrepreneurially and are partly responsible for increasing the awareness of our services in the area of real estate financing in your region
- You develop the optimal financing concept for our customers, taking into account the offers and expertise of Moneypark
- You enjoy acquiring new customers and generating added value for them. You work independently and responsibly
- You accompany and support field service colleagues with your expertise and know-how
- You are successful in the area of operation because you actively network and are present
Your Qualifications
- Commercial training in the financial sector and willingness for professional development to become a financial planner with a federal diploma (preferably already completed or currently in training)
- Several years of acquisition, consulting, and sales experience in financial services
- Knowledge of pensions and insurance matters is an advantage
- Entrepreneurial spirit with the willingness to deliver excellent performance both independently and in tandem with other customer advisors
- Open personality who enjoys dialogue and dealing with people and is willing to promote cooperation at the general agency with field service employees
- Strong service, sales, and customer orientation with pronounced communication skills and digital affinity
- Willingness to travel within the region
