Your contribution to the company
- You independently underwrite liability insurance risks for medium and large companies domiciled in Switzerland
- You analyze complex liability risks and master their technical challenges
- You implement monitoring and portfolio development measures for the assigned portfolio
- You actively participate in the development projects of our products and processes in the field of corporate liability insurance
- You promote corporate liability insurance, as well as provide training and technical support to the external service and our broker partners
- You proactively develop a trusting relationship with the Underwriting teams, Claims service, and General Management to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Your skills and talents
Your skills and talents
- You have a basic commercial education as well as several years of experience in underwriting corporate liability insurance (at least 4 to 6 years)
- You have a very good knowledge of the French-speaking Swiss insurance market, especially for the assigned branches
- You are a native French speaker and have good knowledge of German.
- You adopt a resolutely customer-oriented approach, while being comfortable in communication and negotiation
- You demonstrate ease in human contacts and a strong team spirit
- You are solution-oriented and a facilitator in the sense of "selling underwriting"
- You are organized, precise, and motivated to evolve in a dynamic environment
- You are stress-resistant and able to handle heavy periodic workloads
- You master standard IT tools (complete Office 365 platform)
