- Overall responsibility for the Rooms Division area (Front Office, Concierge, Guest Relations, Housekeeping)
- Ensuring an excellent, personalized guest experience according to 5-star and LQA standards
- Responsible for budget, strategy development, and recruiting in coordination with GM
- Development, planning, and implementation of cross-departmental projects
Optimization of workflows, service processes, and quality standards
Analysis of guest feedback (e.g., guest reviews) and derivation of improvement measures
Responsibility for occupancy, room rates, and revenue strategies in collaboration with Revenue Management
Your profile
Completed training or studies in the field of hospitality/tourism
Several years of leadership experience in the Rooms Division of a luxury hotel (ideally 5-star segment)
Strong service and host mentality
Very good leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Entrepreneurial thinking and high affinity for numbers
Resilience, flexibility, and hands-on mentality
Very good German and English skills, additional foreign languages are an advantage
Applicants must have a valid work permit for Switzerland or meet the legal requirements to obtain one
