Your tasks
- Responsibility for the counter operation
- Processing incoming mail including scanning and distribution
- Answering all telephone calls for the Mandate Center
- Case intake in the client system KLIB
- Management of the pre-archive
- Support of the caseworkers
- Taking over special areas depending on interests and further training
Your profile
- Communicative personality and confident appearance
- Enjoyment of independent and team-oriented work
- Positive view of people, humor, and flexibility
- Completed commercial training
- Current PC user skills (KLIB an advantage)
- Flair for interconnected thinking and acting
- Sense of responsibility and openness to new things
