The Tschuggen Grand Hotel in Arosa is a 5-star superior luxury hotel located at 1,800m altitude in the Grisons mountains. As one of the four houses of "The Tschuggen Collection," our hotel offers 128 individually designed rooms, suites, and mountain lofts, as well as four stylish restaurants – including the gourmet highlight La Brezza with 19 Gault Millau points & two Michelin stars – and an impressive 5,000 m² large spa mountain oasis, designed by Mario Botta.

🎯 YOUR PROFILE
Completed vocational training
D/E required, any additional language is an advantage
Experience in 4/5* hospitality
Care and accuracy in adhering to hygiene standards
Well-groomed appearance
📄 YOUR TASKS
Preparation and making of desserts
Production and presentation of sweets
Mainly responsible for the organization of the station
Daily compilation of the required goods for ordering via the head chef
Management of the patisserie station
