Civil Engineering Technician - Design Office 80-100%
Mission:
- Lead the planning (SIA phases 2 and 3), ensuring compliance with technical, financial objectives, and deadlines.
- Ensure the planning of district heating network projects focusing on key design phases: the preliminary study (SIA 2) to define needs and constraints, the project study (SIA 3) to develop technical solutions, to guarantee a rigorous competitive bidding process. The goal is to meet technical requirements, budgets, and set deadlines.
- Prepare building permit applications, in collaboration with the Design and Engineering department or independently;
- Ensure the establishment of agreements and easements necessary for network deployment, in coordination with the relevant group entities;
- Supervise field surveys, sizing, and introductory visits with internal stakeholders;
- Draft tender documents for civil engineering works and coordinate the submission process with suppliers;
Profile:
- Diploma as a technician ES in construction management or equivalent training, with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in civil engineering project management;
- Strong knowledge of construction sector players and good project management skills;
- Proficiency in IT tools such as MS Office, Messerli, AutoCAD; a general affinity with digital technology is an asset;
- Autonomy, organizational skills, initiative and collaboration spirit, comfortable in contacts and negotiations;
