For the Division Civil Engineering, we are looking for you as a Contract Manager (m/f/d) 80%-100%. Your main place of work will be the Greater Zurich Area.

This is what you will drive

• You are responsible for preparing claims and creating the basis for claim calculation in collaboration with the operational units and construction sites
• You are responsible for managing and controlling contract management processes as well as the corresponding reporting
• You identify potential risks in contracts, develop strategies to minimize risks, and thus make a positive contribution to the project outcome
• You participate in negotiation discussions with the client and subcontractors
• You continuously coordinate with the site manager, accounting, work calculation, and construction scheduling
• You collaborate with our internal legal department on complex issues

This is why you succeed

• Successfully completed studies in civil engineering or industrial engineering / construction or HFP master builder SBV
• Relevant professional experience in contract management
• Experience in civil engineering is desirable
• Proficient use of general IT applications, knowledge of Swiss calculation programs and common scheduling programs (Tilos, MS-Project, etc.) is desirable
• Good knowledge of construction and procurement law (especially SIA)
• Willingness to travel between Germany and Switzerland
• Success-oriented and structured working style
• Strong communication skills, negotiation skills, and assertiveness
