What are your tasks?
- You take on the holistic care and support of our residents in the early and late shifts
- You accompany our trainees individually and appreciatively through their training, promote their independence, and support them in developing their potential
What do we expect from you?
- Federal certificate of competence as a health specialist (FAGE EFZ)
- Experience in long-term care
- Vocational trainer course or willingness to complete it
- Enjoy working independently, coordinating and organizing, and enthusiasm for challenges
- Team spirit, warmth, and an empathetic basic attitude
