Location: Bern area
You are part of our caretaker team and responsible for the following tasks:
Cleaning and maintenance of various buildings in the Bern area
Maintenance of technical facilities
Carrying out minor repairs
Supervision and monitoring of locking systems as well as heating and hot water systems
Care of the surroundings / outdoor area
Winter service
You already have experience in maintenance and gardening work. Furthermore, the following skills are important:
Technical and manual experience in the field of building technology
Independent, structured way of working, high commitment and willingness to perform
Competent, friendly and customer-oriented contact person
Good spoken German skills
Driver's license category B
