Property Manager
(70–100%)
What you will achieve
• You take responsibility for managing your own portfolio of condominium properties.
• The preparation and execution of condominium owners' meetings
as well as the implementation of the resolutions passed are within your area of responsibility.
• You are the first point of contact for customers, craftsmen, and caretakers.
Why you will succeed
• You have at least 5 years of practical professional experience in the independent management of condominium properties.
• Ideally, you already hold the federal specialist certificate in real estate management and are familiar with the W&W ImmoTop2 program.

After thorough training, you will manage an attractive, regionally located property portfolio. In our stylish office premises or at
your home office, you will work together with a dynamic and motivated team. You organize your working hours yourself. We support your
further education and development "on and off the job".
