• Completed banking training and sound knowledge of Swiss banking regulations
• Experience in advising bank customers, ideally in the Raiffeisen environment
• Enjoyment of active customer contact and a pronounced customer orientation
• Empathy, communication skills and team spirit
• Entrepreneurial thinking and a high affinity for sales
