What to expect

Corporate Client Advisor: Non-Profit Housing Developers

• You will comprehensively manage a fixed portfolio of non-profit housing developers/real estate investors and support our clients from structuring to the realization of complex financing structures. The social and ecological impact of the projects is paramount.
• You maintain and deepen existing customer relationships and actively acquire new clients, especially corporate clients in the Zurich area who set high standards for social and environmental compatibility.
• Together with your clients, you provide impulses for the further development of ABS offerings, represent ABS at events, and maintain contacts with multipliers, network partners, and institutions.

What we expect

• You have a banking education complemented by a degree or relevant further training (e.g., banking specialist, business administration HF).
• You have at least 5 years of experience in supporting housing developers/real estate companies or corporate clients and possess corresponding credit expertise.
• You can empathize with entrepreneurs and SMEs and have a good understanding of medium-sized companies. Your entrepreneurial mindset and business know-how are crucial for this.
• You have excellent communication skills, a reliable working style, high independence, and customer-oriented actions. Furthermore, you enjoy working in a team and quickly connect with our clients through your passion for social and ecological topics.
• You have interest and knowledge in assessing sustainability in real estate projects.
