• Active participation in electrical assembly and service work on rail vehicles
• Execution and guidance of electrical work based on cable lists, diagrams, and documentation
• Handling warranty and rework tasks domestically and abroad
• Planning and preparation of service deployments (including test equipment, spare parts, tools)
• Gradual assumption of initial leadership tasks and close collaboration with the service team

• Completed training as an electrician or comparable qualification, ideally with further education
• Initial leadership experience and experience in rail vehicle construction are advantageous
• Good IT skills (e.g., Excel, Word)
• Very good German skills, English skills are an advantage
• Willingness to travel
