• In interdisciplinary rehabilitation in the field of internal medicine (with internal and geriatric focuses), you will professionally carry out the delegated nursing measures and ensure the entire nursing process.
• You will care for and support patients with moderate to severe care needs.
• You will support interdisciplinary collaboration and coordination of the services offered.
