What you can achieve
- Clerical work in the field of protective structures (administration, planning, permits, approvals, and billing)
- Project management in shelter construction including consulting municipalities, clients, specialist planners, and craftsmen
- Management of renewal projects - from inspection to billing
- Processing building applications and technical permits
- Support with periodic shelter inspections (PSK)
- Acceptance of reinforcements in shelter constructions
What distinguishes you
- Advanced training in structural engineering (construction manager or architect FH)
- Solid professional experience as a construction manager, engineer, ideally with administrative experience
- High technical understanding and quick comprehension
- Extremely independent and goal-oriented working style
- Confident and convincing appearance as well as high team and communication skills
- Good verbal and written expression
- Advanced IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CAD)
- Driver's license category B available
