• Clerical work in the field of protective structures (administration, planning, permits, approvals, and billing)
• Project management in shelter construction including consulting municipalities, clients, specialist planners, and craftsmen
• Management of renewal projects - from inspection to billing
• Processing building applications and technical permits
• Support with periodic shelter inspections (PSK)
• Acceptance of reinforcements in shelter constructions

• Advanced training in structural engineering (construction manager or architect FH)
• Solid professional experience as a construction manager, engineer, ideally with administrative experience
• High technical understanding and quick comprehension
• Extremely independent and goal-oriented working style
• Confident and convincing appearance as well as high team and communication skills
• Good verbal and written expression
• Advanced IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CAD)
• Driver's license category B available
