The Campus Hotel Hertenstein includes 12 seminar and banquet rooms (20-226m2) equipped with the latest technology, 62 hotel rooms, the Il Ristorante Hertenstein with lake terrace, hotel bar, Café Vienna with large terrace, its own course ship dock, sauna, relaxation room and fitness equipment.

We are looking for you for our kitchen team!
Your Mission
- You independently prepare meals for the Cereneo clinic, tailored to the individual needs of the patients
- You meet the patients' needs as best as possible through proactive interaction and high-quality, excellent gastronomic offerings
- You support the hotel kitchen team as needed in daily operations to ensure smooth processes
- You actively interact with patients and nutritional counseling to receive feedback and improve the dining experience
- You bring diverse ideas into the menu based on nutrition trends and patient needs
- You create new menus for various nutritional needs, including special diets and nutritional models
Your Skills
- You are a hospitable personality with great interest in gastronomy and hospitality
- You know your professional and personal strengths and are ready to further develop them
- You bring professional experience and can promote and develop the team through your experience
- You show passion, enthusiasm, and creativity in your work
- You have a solid training as a cook and ideally also as a diet cook or are motivated to complete this further training
- You have good German skills and as a plus, language skills in English
- You are interested in participating in various nutrition projects and actively supporting them
