Tasks
- Correct billing and payment statements accurately and efficiently.
- Process incoming payments and handle EZAG returns.
- Provide support to staff via phone and written communication.
Skills
- You have completed a commercial training and have insurance experience.
- Fluent communication in German, additional languages are a plus.
- Independent, precise, and reliable working style.

About the job
What you will accomplish:
- Corrections of service invoices / payment office invoices
- Processing of incoming payments
- Processing of EZAG reversals
- Clarifications with service providers
- Telephone and written employee support for the service departments
Why you will succeed:
- You convince with an independent, precise, and reliable way of working
- In addition to a completed commercial apprenticeship, you have experience in accounting and health insurance
- You communicate fluently in German both orally and in writing; any additional language (French and/or Italian) is a plus
