What to expect
- Technical and personnel management of the QA support team including employee discussions and coaching
- Ensuring professional handling of QA cases (e.g. quantity differences, packaging errors, loss, fraud cases)
- Participation in daily business and contact person for complaints and escalations
- Evaluation and reporting of relevant key figures as well as derivation of improvement measures
- Close cooperation with logistics, product management, purchasing, sales, and external partners
- Responsibility for functional and process workflows in the area, including deputizing for other managers
- Driving process optimizations and participating in the implementation of the department strategy
- Ensuring compliance with internal standards, safety, and environmental regulations
What you bring
- Completed vocational training with further education (e.g. advanced technical school, professional certificate or diploma HFP/FH)
- 5–7 years of experience in customer service or quality assurance, including initial leadership experience
- Good technical understanding, very good German and French skills in spoken and written form, Italian is an advantage
- Proficient use of MS Office and experience in reporting key figures
- High communication and social skills, enjoyment in working with people
- Entrepreneurial thinking, solution-oriented working style, and cooperative assertiveness
- Motivation to actively shape processes and continuously improve the customer experience
