We strengthen risk management at Zürcher Kantonalbank. Would you like to be part of an interdisciplinary team of risk management specialists who, together with the CISO, shape the independent risk control for information security, information technology, and BCM topics? We are looking for you to take a leading role in the further development of our BCM.

Your tasks

Professional leadership of BCM in a 2LoD function
Regular coordination with the 1LoD BCM specialist unit, which ensures implementation
Maintenance and further development of BCM guidelines based on applicable legal and regulatory requirements
Responsibility for the control framework in BCM
Collaboration on the topic "Ensuring operational resilience"
Independent risk assessment and risk dialogue with 1LoD
Conducting independent reviews of the implementation of BCM guidelines
Regular reporting on the status of BCM to the relevant committees

Your profile

University of Applied Sciences/University degree - specific risk certificates are a plus
At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in BCM (in-house or consulting)
Experience in a 2LoD function in operational risk management is an advantage
Experience in operational resilience (FINMA RS2023/01, DORA)
Good understanding of the requirements for effective Business Continuity Management (BCM)
Banking expertise is an advantage
An independent, responsible, and solution-oriented working style is natural for you

Very good German and English skills with strong communication abilities
