• You are responsible for the accounting support of a real estate portfolio
• You are responsible for the timely and accounting-accurate preparation of service charge statements including plausibility checks of the figures as well as interim and annual financial statements (balance sheet and income statement) including owner billing
• You prepare special evaluations for owners
• You carry out the accounting implementation of properties (acquisitions) including control of off-cycle billing as well as the setup of the service charge statement and handle mandate departures (sales) and prepare the off-cycle billing
• You clear tenant accounts and support the property managers during the dunning process
• You are responsible for the timely and accounting-accurate coding/approval of all creditor invoices for service charges
• You ensure the maintenance of master data in the portfolio assigned to you
• You support internal projects on behalf of the supervisor

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or an equivalent education
• You bring several years of professional experience in real estate accounting or real estate management
• You ideally have additional training as an accounting specialist or are on the way to obtaining it
• Your mother tongue is German and you can communicate orally and in writing in other languages advantageously
• You have good knowledge of Swiss tenancy law
• You have an analytical mindset and enjoy working with numbers and IT systems
• You have a high customer orientation and maintain a partnership-based approach
• You think and act entrepreneurially and have pleasant manners
