The Cantonal Court is the court of first instance in civil and criminal matters as well as in debt enforcement and bankruptcy matters in the Canton of Schaffhausen. It comprises eleven court clerks with a total of 880 percent positions.

What to expect- Handling legal questions from civil and criminal law as well as debt enforcement law
- Responsibility for minute-taking at hearings, correspondence and procedural flow
- Justification of first-instance decisions and independent preparation of draft decisions (reports)
- Responsibility for the training and supervision of the assigned legal trainee (assistant)

- Completed law degree with experience in court practice
