Spitex Regio ZO is an advanced (non-profit) organization that provides professional and comprehensive, needs-oriented care and support on behalf of the municipalities of Fehraltorf, Russikon, and Weisslingen. Health Specialist EFZ 40% - 80%

These tasks await you:

Basic and treatment care in stable client situations
Assignments in complex client situations with the support of a nursing specialist
Needs- and situation-appropriate care activities based on care planning, according to competencies and professional deployment criteria
Maintaining meaningful care documentation
Needs assessments using household assessment
Needs- and situation-appropriate support in the area of living environment and daily life design in simple and complex situations
Household management considering the resources of the clients according to economic aspects
Support for maintaining and promoting, or regaining individual abilities involving the resources of our clients
Independent and delegated activities in the area of administration
Interdisciplinary collaboration within the organization

We expect from you:

Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ or Care Specialist EFZ with further training in treatment care
Practical professional experience, preferably in a Spitex organization
High client and service orientation
High communication, self, and social competence
Resilient, innovative, and flexible personality
IT user skills are an advantage
Driver's license category B
