WHAT YOU WILL DO
- You provide daily user support for our internal and external customers in the Abacus applications across multiple channels (telephone, ticket system, email)
- You ensure high-quality and proactive customer service
- As a reliable consultant, you ensure that customers can optimally benefit from the solutions
- You analyze complex software issues and find precise solutions
HOW YOU WILL SUCCEED
- You have completed basic training in the commercial field
- You have proven experience in support for Abacus accounting applications – this is a requirement
- Your customers are enthusiastic about your service- and solution-oriented working style
- You have the ability to tackle challenges analytically and through interconnected thinking
- You show a high willingness to work in a team, both remotely and on-site
- You communicate confidently in German and French
