Tasks
- Care and support of elderly psychiatric patients with a dementia diagnosis in an acute psychiatric setting (night shift)
- Design and implementation of the elderly psychiatric care process
- Action in psychiatric and somatic emergency situations
- Close collaboration with a second night shift nurse at the FaGe or AGS level within the skill-and-grade mix
- Participation in and implementation of change processes
Profile
- Completed HF studies with professional experience in elderly psychiatry
- For foreign diplomas, SRK recognition is required
- High social/personal competence and structured working method
- Willingness to support change processes, embrace new things, and actively shape changes
- Flexibility in shift planning
- Very good German and PC skills
