Tasks

Skills
- Hold a certified health professional qualification (EFZ) with experience in mental health care.
- Fluent in German, both spoken and written, with strong social skills.
- Enjoy teamwork and demonstrate high responsibility.

Your tasks include
- Carrying out measures in nursing, therapy, rehabilitation, and medical-technical areas and their documentation
- Advising, accompanying, and supporting patients in daily activities and basic care
- Conducting conversations with relatives
- Independently performing administrative tasks
- Accompanying patients in crisis situations according to delegation by certified nursing professionals
You bring with you
- Qualification as a Health Specialist EFZ
- Experience in caring for mentally ill patients is an advantage
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- High personal responsibility and proven social competence
- Enjoyment of teamwork as well as good interconnected thinking
