Main Tasks
- Planning, leading, and conducting on-site inspections at insurance companies
- Interaction with the C-Level of the supervised institutions
- Cooperation with internal specialists and organizational units
- Documentation and reporting of results
- Further development of work processes and tools
- Working in hybrid work environments
Profile
- University or university of applied sciences degree in business administration or related fields
- At least five years of professional experience in insurance, banking, or auditing with knowledge in risk management or insurance technology, ideally with further training as a certified public accountant or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
- Willingness to travel within Switzerland
- Quick comprehension and structured analytical skills
- Empathetic, communicative, and team-oriented personality with a convincing presence and a touch of humor
- German C2 or French C2 as well as good knowledge of the other language (B2) and English B2
