For our Residenz Spirgarten in Zurich, we are looking for a Health Specialist (FaGe) 80-100% to start immediately or by arrangement.
Residenz Spirgarten is a residence of the Atlas Foundation. It was built according to the plans of Miller & Maranta. The residence is located in the middle of Zurich-Altstetten directly at Lindenplatz. It has 68 apartments and a care department with 18 single rooms.
Your area of responsibility
- Co-responsibility for needs- and situation-appropriate care and support of the residents
- Recording the needs of the assigned residents and planning the resources
- Information, guidance, and support of the residents and their reference persons
- Documentation of care and support services, recording of services and materials, as well as execution of medical orders
- Recording and forwarding important information and incidents

You bring with you
- Completed vocational training as a Health Specialist EFZ
- Ideally professional experience and further training in long-term care
