The Tschuggen Grand Hotel in Arosa is a 5-star superior luxury hotel located at 1,800m altitude in the Bündner mountains. As one of the four houses of "The Tschuggen Collection," our hotel offers 128 individually designed rooms, suites, and mountain lofts, plus four stylish restaurants – including the gourmet highlight La Brezza with 19 Gault Millau points & two Michelin stars – as well as an impressive 5,000 m² large spa mountain oasis, designed by Mario Botta.

To strengthen our Beauty & Spa team, we are looking for a qualified and committed personality with a passion for beauty, care, and holistic well-being.

Start date at the end of June 2026

Employment contract limited until early September 2026 - with the possibility of further cooperation from early December to the end of March (Winter season 2026/2027)

🎯 YOUR PROFILE

Completed training as a beautician, beauty or spa therapist

Experience in manicure & pedicure absolutely required and ideally also in make-up

Enjoyment of sales as well as individual, personal consultation

Well-groomed appearance and a warm, professional demeanor

Empathy, service orientation, and a pronounced quality awareness

Enjoyment of teamwork as well as personal contact with people

📄 YOUR TASKS

Performing high-quality cosmetic treatments with products from Cellcosmet and Pharmos Natur

Performing body treatments, ideally also full-body massages

Classic manicure & pedicure, including medical pedicure

Recommendation and active sale of our high-quality care products

Make-up for various occasions

Individual, type-appropriate consultation of our customers

Ensuring a well-kept ambiance as well as compliance with high hygiene, quality, and LQA standards
