How you’ll make an impact

Leading a team of 12 quality technicians & engineers in Switzerland and in our India Operating Center (virtual team lead)

Ensure production line non-conformances are handled professionally and in timely manner

Develop knowledge about problem solving tools and high-quality non-conformance reporting

Conduct root close analysis by utilizing quality data and measure the effectiveness of corrective actions.

Look for new trends and innovations to further improve product quality.

Planning and execution of internal audits and observation tours

Create PFMEAs for new product implementations, continually monitor risks, and plan mitigation actions.

Identify and develop talents and living Hitachi Energy’s leadership pillars
Your background
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Process)

Background in quality or engineering or R&D and min. 2 years leadership experience

Demonstrated strength in organizational and analytical thinking

Self-motivated, independent, and proactive work ethic
-
Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels

Proven ability to lead under pressure and manage cross-functional teams

Strong technical acumen and ability to grasp complex concepts quickly

Lean Six Sigma training is a plus

Fluent in German and English
