To support our agencies in Chur, Mels, Bad Ragaz, Puschlav, and St Moritz in private and occupational pension provision and to offer our customers high-quality services in the area of pension provision, we are looking for an Executive Delegate Sales Pension Provision, called DDVV, for the Southeast Switzerland region.

The following diverse tasks await you:

• Supervise, advise, and promote the mentioned general agencies
• Accompany and support the field staff
• Coaching and further training of the field staff
• Support market development measures of the general agencies
• Link to the executive departments at the business headquarters

This is what distinguishes you:

• Several years of experience in insurance field sales in private and occupational pension provision
• Training in the insurance industry with further education as a financial planner IAF
• Entrepreneurial thinking with a strong sense of customer orientation
• High level of self-motivation
• Authentic appearance with a lot of assertiveness
• You have excellent oral and written German skills.
