For projects, mainly in the area of residential developments, we are looking for an architect with a passion for execution planning, who will take on the following tasks at the Schaffhausen location:

• Leading and managing planning and project teams according to SIA standards 32–53
• Accompanying and exchanging with clients, specialist planners, authorities, and third parties
• Ensuring active and responsible time and task management
• Coordination of specialist planning
• Collaboration on detailed and execution planning in all planning phases
• Design and technical further development of drafts
• Development of execution details in accordance with legal requirements

Our team is suited to a personality who has the courage to implement visionary ideas and brings the following:

• Successful degree from a university of applied sciences or university
• Ideally initial training as a draftsman/draftswoman specializing in architecture EFZ
• At least 3 years of professional experience in Switzerland since graduation
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
• Knowledge of all SIA phases as well as relevant standards, regulations, and guidelines
• Solid understanding of phase-appropriate planning formats
• Experienced handling of design issues as well as constructional and construction phase technical understanding
• Proficient use of ArchiCAD
