Specialist Credit Risk Management (m/f/d) 80-100%

Your tasks

• Your core tasks are to make and prepare credit decisions as well as actively manage recovery positions.
• You review credit applications regarding entrepreneurial success prospects, risks, and compliance with our credit risk policy and directives, and you decide independently within your competence.
• For recovery positions, you develop the position strategy, set it within your competencies, and accompany the customer through the recovery process.
• You act as a contact person for our customer advisors in structuring credit transactions. Your varied and interesting role is rounded off by tasks related to monitoring our bank's credit portfolio.

Your experience and personality

• You have banking training and are familiar with the credit business – whether as a credit officer, recovery specialist, or customer advisor.
• Strong analytical skills, a flair for numbers, quick comprehension, and customer-oriented thinking are indispensable.
• As a committed person, you gladly take responsibility, are decisive, and work precisely and solution-oriented.
• Whether you are already an experienced credit specialist or want to develop as a junior professional – this position offers great potential, variety, and independence.
